Moving Up–Jason Derulo buys himself a $3 million bachelor pad


The king himself: The 25-year-old pop star posted a picture of himself and the home's realtor Desiree Zuckerman of Rodeo Realty on Instagram
His Ex Gf  might have dissed him in her new song but its seems as though he does not care cause he just bought himself a new castle.
Trulia reports the star just purchased the home in Tarzana – just outside of Los Angeles, California – is a replicate castle inside a gated compound

Moving on: Someone who might be glad he has his own place is ex Jordin Sparks, pictured August a month before they split after three years together
Not subtle: Sitting on almost an acre of gated land, the Talk Dirty singer's house features stone covered walls all around, stain glass windows and even a castle turret as its entrance way
Impressive: Those stepping into the threshold are immediately wowed by soaring 20-foot ceilings
Sticking to the theme: Inside the house there are plenty of castle features including a stone staircase with a heavy chain for a railing while the stone also features around some the home's fireplaces
Grand designs: The home's master suit has a fireplace as its main focal point and currently sports a four post bed complete with columns
Changing it up: The house was clearly not built in a day or even during the same decades, as in other areas stone gives way to marble seen here in the formal dining
Fixer upper: The kitchen also is covered in both marble and granite tiles that may, like most of the house, need some renovating
That's better: Outdoors the house redeems itself with a lovely spacious landscaped yard and a sports court so Jason can shoot a few hoops
