Despicable Me minions get own MOVIE!!

Despicable Me spinoff Minions has received its first trailer, eight months before the film's release date. The film will follow the adventures of minions Stuart, Kevin and Bob, who embark on a solo mission to find (and keep) a new master

Minions features the voices of Oscar-winning actress Sandra Bullock as Scarlet Overkill, as well as those of Mad Men star Jon Hamm, British actor Steve Coogan and Get On Up (2014) actress Allison Janney. The film is directed by Kyle Balda and Pierre Coffin from a script penned by Brian Lynch.

Minions will take over UK cinemas on June 26, 2015 and will reach theatres stateside on July 10, 2015. For a taste of what's to come watch the little yellow creatures get to work in the trailer below

Despicable Me 3 is currently in works and will hit the screens on June 30, 2017. Despicable Me 2 (2013) came very close to hitting the $1 billion mark
